Terms of Service

1. About DOMYLI
DOMYLI is a household management application that centralises meal planning, stock management, chore scheduling and family health information (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement. If you create a household and add child members, you are responsible for their use of the Service.
3. Account & household
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your magic-link emails confidential.
- One account can belong to one household at a time. You may leave or transfer ownership of a household at any time.
- The household owner can invite, promote and remove members. Members receive access to shared data (meal plans, stock, chores) but never to another member’s individual health data.
4. Subscription plans
DOMYLI offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Free plan: limited to 2 household members and core features.
- Essential plan: up to 6 members, advanced features.
- Family plan: unlimited members, all features.
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law (EU/French cooling-off rules apply for the first 14 days of a new paid subscription).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
- Share your account credentials with people outside your household.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Health data disclaimer
The nutritional estimates and calorie calculations provided by DOMYLI are indicative only. They are based on the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and do not constitute medical, dietary or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design and content in the Service is owned by DOMYLI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data you enter. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
8. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMYLI is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
10. Changes to Terms
We will notify you by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
