Everything starts by creating your household. Give it a name, invite household members (each receives an invitation link) and define food profiles: allergies, diets, culinary preferences.
DOMYLI uses this information to automatically filter out unsuitable recipes and tailor planning suggestions to each profile.
Enter the ingredients available in your fridge, cupboard and freezer, as well as household products (detergent, cleaning products, paper). You can enter quantities, units and expiry dates.
The stock is the backbone of DOMYLI: it allows you to know what is feasible now, what is expiring soon, and what needs to be repurchased.
DOMYLI offers a catalogue of recipes filterable by cuisine, difficulty, duration, number of servings, and tags (kid-friendly, one-pot). Each recipe displays the necessary ingredients, detailed steps and nutritional values per serving.
You can create home recipes via the guided composition mode: choose an archetype (bolognese, ratatouille, curry…), a cuisine and DOMYLI structures the ingredients and steps.
The guided mode "What to cook?" analyses your stock in real time and suggests recipes that are feasible with what you have. Each suggestion shows the feasibility rate, missing ingredients and flags products approaching their expiry date.
Select a recipe, choose a slot (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner), a date and the number of servings. The recipe is automatically added to the day's planning.
The monthly view gives you an overview: each day shows planned meals with coloured dots per slot.
DOMYLI automatically calculates the shopping list from planned recipes and your current stock. Only missing ingredients or those in insufficient quantity appear — no duplicates, no unnecessary overstocking.
Household products that are out of stock or low are also included in the list, grouped by category (cleaning, hygiene, paper, tools).
After shopping, tick off the purchased products directly from the list. For household products, enter the restocked quantity — DOMYLI updates the stock instantly.
Ticked food ingredients are reintegrated into the stock with the correct quantities. The feasibility indicators for upcoming recipes update in real time.
The guided mode "What to do?" suggests tasks filtered by your available effort level (light, moderate, heavy), the time you have and your preference to avoid chemicals.
Each task can be scheduled for a given date, with an automatic recurrence frequency (e.g.: vacuum every 7 days, clean the oven every 90 days). The weekly schedule displays tasks by day with their status.
DOMYLI integrates laundry management into the task planning: wash cycles (whites, colours, delicates), ironing, sheet changes. Each cycle draws on detergent and softener stocks in your household inventory.
Low stock alerts on laundry products (liquid detergent, tablets, softener) automatically appear in the next shopping list.
With each validation — confirmed meal, ticked purchase, completed task — DOMYLI recalculates everything: stock updated, next shopping generated, recurring task rescheduled. You don't have to remember anything.
Alerts appear on the dashboard: ingredients expiring in 3 days, household products out of stock, overdue tasks. DOMYLI tells you what to do, in what order, and with what.
